NEW YORK, October 29, 2026 — Savvy Wealth, an AI-native registered investment advisor (RIA) for independent financial advisors, today announced the launch of a proprietary private markets program for advisors on its platform. The multi-vintage program will open access to a variety of asset classes with an initial focus on a select group of venture and growth managers typically beyond the reach of everyday investors. Advisors on Savvy’s platform will be able to bring qualified-purchaser clients into these pre-IPO investments through a single commitment.
Companies are staying private longer than ever. Private companies now far outnumber public ones among U.S. businesses with more than $100 million in revenue1, so much of their growth now happens before an IPO, if one happens at all. A portfolio built only on public markets misses that opportunity. And the funds that invest in private companies are often hard to access, with high minimums and more investor demand than they can take on.
“The best opportunities in private markets have historically been reserved for institutions and the ultra-wealthy,” said Anshul Sharma, Chief Investment Officer of Savvy Wealth. “Clients read about private companies valued in the tens of billions that they’ve never had a chance to own, and they’re asking their advisors about it. This program lets our advisors deliver that access, with rigorous manager selection and due diligence built in.”
Through Savvy Wealth, advisors can offer eligible clients:
- Carefully selected managers: Managers are selected through a rigorous research and due diligence process overseen by Savvy’s investment team.
- Diversified exposure: The program is designed to provide access to multiple managers across asset classes and vintages.
- Simplified operations: Consolidated subscription, reporting and tax documents, integrated with the rest of the client’s portfolio on the Savvy platform.
Savvy chose to partner with Allocate, a $5.8 billion private markets technology platform that works with more than 400 advisor firms, to build the private markets program. Together the two firms will partner on manager selection and portfolio construction to bring the best ideas to Savvy advisors.
The program’s initial focus is venture and growth, with future vintages expected to cover private equity, income-oriented strategies and infrastructure. The program is available only to clients who meet the definition of a qualified purchaser. Advisors interested in partnering with Savvy can learn more at savvywealth.com.
