Advisor Tech Talk (Week of 10/26/26)

Are people losing trust in AI?
Maybe?
We think people are more like AI than they're willing to believe. Just like if you want a certain response from a generative AI, you can massage your prompts until you get the desired result, if you want to encourage a certain response in a survey, much depends on who you ask, and how and when you ask them. Technically, with a little finesse, one could design a survey or a study to confirm just about anything.
Welcome to another Advisor Tech Talk, where we've been reading various reports on a recent SIFMA study that shows that wealth management clients' interest in AI-related services may be declining.
Like, really declining, across age demographics. For example, among digital-native Generation Z respondents within SIFMA's VISTA study, trust in AI as a primary source of investment advice fell to 10% in 2026 from 20% in a similar 2025 survey.
Which all sounds like really positive news for wealth managers and prospective wealth managers, until we drill down into the demographics of the people the researchers are asking. What do they tell us? More than 70% of the survey respondents were people with some kind of recent interaction with a financial advisor, and 69% reported having an existing professional human wealth management relationships of some kind.
What do we know about the clients of the wealth management industry? Well, we know that they have a certain amount of inertia, born out in the SIFMA study where 83% were satisfied that the existing wealth management industry was meeting their needs. We already know that, for the most part, these folks are probably not actively shopping for new wealth managers and are satisfied with their existing, human-oriented wealth management relationship.
The demographics of that group—like the survey respondents—skew old. Of Americans with an existing wealth management relationship, two-thirds of them are age 60 or older and fewer than one-fifth of them are younger than 50. So, even though we have some Gen Z respondents, it's safe to say most of these folks are not digital natives (54% of the survey was aged 45 or older), and not very likely to be early adopters of AI or anything else technology related.
All this not to crap on SIFMA's report or to throw it into total doubt. SIFMA sponsors and publishes good research, so let's accept the results at face value and say that there has been some kind of decline in trust in AI among Americans who have or might need wealth management services.
What we also know is that there seems some disparity between what people say they feel or think about artificial intelligence when asked, and what they report when they're asked what actually doing with AI. The proportion of people with negative and suspicious feelings towards financial artificial intelligence seems to be increasing with time—yet the number of people who report using AI for financial matters is also increasing.
To us, the SIFMA study is another in a long series of seemingly disparate, conflicting pieces of research that show the gap between what financial actors say they feel and what they then report doing when it comes to technology. We say we don't trust it. We even say we don't like it.
Generative AI platforms are like the Hyman Roth of financial services, because we're going to work with them anyway.
When the pollsters' lights and microphone aren't in our faces asking about our feelings, it also seems like most of us are now using Claude and ChatGPT and Gemini to double-check our financial advisors' work, according to other recent researchc—and that's not all. We're using them for investment recommendations and tax optimization. We're using them to shop for loans and mortgages and insurance. We're using them to look for advisors and other financial services. So more of us dislike them, more of us distrust them, but the proportion of us using AI tools still seems to be going up, not down.
And so far, regardless of what we say about our trust or desire to use generative AI, those platforms seem to be working for us.
Let’s get to your headlines...

55ip
55ip, a tax-smart investment technology platform, announced the expansion of its unified managed account (UMA) capabilities for the RIA channel. The initial offering includes model portfolios with separately managed accounts (SMAs) from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, 55ip’s parent company, and BlackRock, a long-standing 55ip model partner, with additional asset managers expected to join later this year.
The enhanced platform combines managed and custom model portfolio strategies with equity SMAs in a single account, powered by 55ip’s ActiveTax Technology®. This follows the progression of its offerings to RIAs that started with models, SMAs, and Direct Indexing.
Adoption of UMA accounts within the RIA channel continues to accelerate, with Cerulli projecting UMA assets to reach approximately $3.7 trillion in the U.S. by the end of 2026. Their value is realized in tax management, transitions, diversification across strategies, operational efficiency, and personalization.
Aprio
Aprio, the 20th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S. today announced the next phase of a strategic partnership with Intuit, the global financial technology platform that makes TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Intuit Enterprise Suite and Intuit Accountant Suite. The deepening partnership is designed to accelerate innovation across the accounting profession and help shape the future of AI-powered advisory and accounting services for mid-market businesses.
Aprio and Intuit will work together to develop AI-powered solutions designed to help identify tax planning opportunities, benchmark business performance, improve financial visibility, and support more informed decision-making across industries including construction, dental, wealth management and tax. Aprio's subject matter specialists will work alongside Intuit's product, engineering, and AI teams to turn real-world client needs into industry-specific capabilities that deliver greater visibility into business performance and enable more opportunities for advisors to focus on strategic guidance.
The partnership supports both organizations' commitment to innovation and the responsible application of artificial intelligence. By combining advanced technologies with deep advisory capabilities, Aprio and Intuit aim to help accelerate the evolution of accounting and advisory services and create new value across the business lifecycle. The collaboration builds on the strategic partnership announced in October 2025, when Aprio became Intuit's first advisory and accounting firm partner focused on accelerating mid-market business growth with client implementations of Intuit Enterprise Suite, Intuit's AI-native ERP for modern finance teams. This next phase expands the relationship beyond technology implementation to include AI innovation, industry-focused solutions, and new ways to help clients grow.
bQuest
bQuest, the multiple-award-winning aging-care and longevity planning intelligence platform, announced today that Sanctuary Wealth has selected bQuest to bring longevity planning and elder care coordination to its community of Partner Firms around the country.
The partnership gives Sanctuary's Partner Firms a structured way to help clients and their families prepare for the financial, practical, and personal realities of living longer, from healthcare costs that routinely exceed standard retirement projections to the family conflict and rushed decisions that often follow a health crisis.
Through bQuest, advisors can introduce these conversations during regular client reviews, then connect clients to a vetted national network of aging-care providers and a dedicated Care Concierge team when a situation becomes complex.
Domain Money
Domain Money today announced it has added Hazel, the artificial intelligence platform built by Altruist for financial advisors and wealth managers, to its technology stack across its team of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professionals. The integration is designed to reduce administrative burden and give CFP® professionals more time for high-value planning work, reinforcing the client-first standards that have helped Domain Money maintain a 90+ NPS rating and a 4.8-star Trustpilot rating among members.
Domain Money limits the number of clients each CFP® professional works with, a standard designed to preserve the depth and personalization of its planning process as the company scales. By automating administrative work, Hazel is intended to help CFP® professionals use their time more effectively and continue to stay focused on their clients.
FINNY AI
FINNY AI Inc. (“FINNY”), the AI-powered growth platform built specifically for financial advisors, and Visionary Square, a leading hybrid RIA, today announced a partnership designed to help financial advisors identify new business opportunities and accelerate organic growth.
Visionary Square supports more than 250 advisors from 140 partner firms nationwide, providing resources across technology, compliance, operations, marketing and practice management. Through its partnership with FINNY, Visionary Square is covering subscription costs for its partner firms, giving advisors access to AI-powered prospecting tools to identify and connect with prospective clients, grow their businesses and streamline client acquisition without adding operational complexity or expenses.
FINNY uses advanced AI and a vast amount of proprietary data to match advisors with prospects based on the niches they serve, similarity to their existing client base, and money-in-motion signals for individuals. The platform’s proprietary F-Score helps identify and prioritize individuals most likely to be a fit for a particular advisor, while personalized outreach capabilities help turn those opportunities into conversations, and conversations into new clients. Together, these capabilities give advisors a more systematic approach to business development without requiring them to manage a prospecting operation on their own.
FinTurk
FinTurk, an AI-native CRM built specifically for financial advisors, today announced the introduction of FinBox, a new AI-powered email management tool designed to streamline client communications and daily workflows for registered investment advisors (RIAs). Alongside the rollout of FinBox, FinTurk is introducing unlimited artificial intelligence (AI) usage for advisors on its Max plan, replacing the existing monthly AI credit to help firms take full advantage of the platform's automation capabilities without worrying about usage costs.
FinBox brings advisors' Microsoft 365 or Gmail inboxes directly into FinTurk, allowing them to read, search, organize and respond to emails within the same workspace where they manage clients, tasks and portfolios. By automatically connecting email conversations to the appropriate client records, FinBox eliminates the need to switch between disconnected systems and gives advisors a more complete view of each client relationship.
Built on FinTurk's native AI platform, FinBox also automates several time-consuming email management tasks. The tool can draft personalized responses using client account information, identify important messages and suggest CRM updates or follow-up tasks based on incoming communications. Advisors can also create inbox rules using plain-language instructions to automatically organize and flag messages as they arrive. With built-in safeguards and advisor oversight, all AI-generated responses and suggested actions remain subject to review and approval before execution.
FusionIQ
Enterra Solutions, LLC and FusionIQ, Inc. today announced a ten-year agreement under which Enterra Solutions’ Autonomous Decision Science Platform will power FusionIQ’s wealth management platform, giving FusionIQ’s bank, credit union, RIA and broker-dealer clients AI tools whose decisions can be explained, audited and documented for regulators. The long-term commitment comes as FusionIQ scales from approximately 400,000 accounts today towards 1.2 million accounts and $240 billion in assets under administration by the end of 2027.
The agreement is among the most significant AI platform commitments yet announced in wealth management, and it addresses the hardest constraint facing regulated financial institutions today: they cannot deploy AI they cannot explain.
Enterra is a foundational AI company with a deep lineage in AI and applied mathematics, working with some of the world’s largest enterprises. Enterra built the Autonomous Decision Science (“ADS”) Platform – a glass-box enterprise decision intelligence system. The critical decisions it produces can be decoded, audited, and explained to operators, compliance officers, and regulators. For a platform distributing wealth management technology to banks, credit unions, registered investment advisers, and broker-dealers, that transparency is not a feature – it is a necessary precondition for deploying AI.
Healthspan Wealth
Healthspan Wealth (“HW”) today opened early access to an advisory platform built on five patents that address the technical obstacle keeping health and financial planning apart: how to move sensitive medical and financial information among advisors, families, and care teams without breaking compliance.
The company was founded by Thomas C. West, Managing Senior Partner at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors (SEIA), a wealth manager with over three decades of experience helping clients in transition, and Suzanne Schmitt, an industry executive who previously led aging investor strategy at Fidelity.
Most financial plans are built around how long a client will live. Almost none account for how long they will live well, or what happens to the plan when a diagnosis, a fall, or a parent's decline arrives. Advisors who want to help at that moment run into a wall that is as much regulatory as it is practical. A client's diagnosis is protected health information. The advisor's file is regulated financial data. Coordinating the two across a family, a care manager, and an elder law attorney creates exposure most firms are unwilling to take on, so the conversation stops when it matters most.
JIFFYAI
JIFFYAI, a provider of Engagement AI solutions for wealth management, today announced that TCI Wealth Advisors, a 100% employee-owned, independent, fee-only wealth advisory firm, has selected its Unified Onboarding and Advisor Universal Desktop solutions. The solutions will help TCI create a more streamlined onboarding experience and give their advisors a more connected view of each client relationship.
For TCI, the solutions will support two important parts of the client experience. Unified Onboarding brings data, documents, workflows, compliance and integrations into a streamlined digital process. Advisor Universal Desktop gives advisors a consolidated view of accounts, households, client information and financial goals while enabling them to complete servicing and planning activities from start to finish. Pre-integrated with leading custodians, CRMs and processing systems, the solutions are designed to reduce operational friction so advisors can devote more time and attention to clients.
The partnership reflects JIFFYAI’s broader Engagement AI vision: Unify Data. Uplift Experiences. Unlock Capacity. The Engagement AI suite of solutions connects client data and onboarding and servicing workflows, so advisors can move more efficiently from client interaction and insight to action and task completion.
K1x
K1x, an industry-leading AI-native private markets tax platform built for the full K-1 lifecycle, today announced three executive appointments across product, marketing, and finance. Christopher Sanders joins as Chief Financial Officer, Jessica McAlpine as Chief Product Officer, and Heather Teicher as Senior Vice President of Marketing. The appointments come as K1x expands its focus from automating complex tax workflows to helping customers use tax data to make more informed decisions and manage their tax operations more effectively.
Following its $175 million growth investment led by Sumeru Equity Partners earlier this year, K1x is strengthening its technology, product, and operational capabilities to support its next phase of growth. The expanded leadership team brings the expertise to advance the company's AI-native platform.
As Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Sanders brings a proven track record of scaling high-growth SaaS organizations and driving long-term enterprise value. Previously CFO at Ready Education, with earlier finance and operations leadership roles at Northpass and Syncsort, Sanders will partner closely with K1x’s CEO and Board of Directors to embed data-driven decision-making and operational rigor across the company, pairing scalable infrastructure with actionable analytics to optimize capital allocation.
Koyfin
Koyfin, the investment research and portfolio analytics platform, has launched Performance Attribution for Model Portfolios, enabling financial advisors and investment teams to understand why their portfolios outperform or underperform their benchmarks.
Performance attribution helps teams assess whether sector allocation, security selection, or both drove relative returns. This level of analysis often requires a separate, specialized platform, adding cost and complexity to portfolio reviews.
With Attribution and Contribution built into Model Portfolios, investment teams can review the drivers of portfolio performance without switching to a separate analytics platform, supporting regular model reviews and investment committee discussions.
Mercer Advisors
Mercer Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”), a national wealth management and financial planning firm, today announced the completed rollout of Aspen Investing, a proprietary investment platform that enhances the delivery of personalized, institutional-grade portfolios for the clients the firm serves. Aspen Investing represents the next evolution of Mercer Advisors’ centralized investment capabilities and allows every advisory team to access the full power of the firm’s more than $100 billion centralized investment platform. Aspen Investing makes client portfolios fully native within the Aspen platform and helps deliver investment cost-savings to clients through the firm’s strategic relationships with asset managers.
Clients increasingly expect both sophistication and personalization from their advisors. Aspen Investing meets that demand by unifying Mercer Advisors’ investment capabilities into a single ecosystem, helping to reduce portfolio costs while expanding access to custom strategies at scale. The offering serves as the investing engine within Aspen, Mercer Advisors’ broader advisory technology platform. Aspen Investing extends the same coordinated approach the firm applies across planning, tax and estate services to portfolio management.
Powered by Mercer Advisors’ investing team, led by Chief Investment Officer Donald Calcagni and comprising more than 125 professionals, Aspen Investing gives every advisor direct access to the firm’s full suite of investment solutions within a single system. The platform enables advisors to build a custom investing program for each client – built to reflect the context of each client’s unique situation, financial plan and investing preferences, and to bring to bear the full power of Mercer Advisors’ institutional relationships and capabilities.
Modera Wealth Management
Modera Wealth Management, a Westwood, New Jersey-based registered investment advisor overseeing approximately $20 billion in assets under advisement, announced the launch of Mira, a proprietary agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline advisor workflows, unify client information and support personalized financial advice, on October 21, 2026. Developed over two years under the leadership of Modera President Joe McCuine and the firm's internal technology team, Mira integrates information from existing wealth management applications and document management systems into a centralized, AI-enabled operating environment. The platform creates a household-level system of record, allowing advisors to access comprehensive client information, generate business insights and reduce the administrative burden of navigating disconnected software applications. Mira has been available internally since July 2026. Modera, which serves more than 6,300 clients nationwide, says the technology will help its professionals spend more time developing client relationships and delivering customized financial planning and investment services.
To power Mira's agentic AI capabilities, Modera partnered with OnTrade, an AI-native technology provider specializing in wealth management operations. The companies are developing autonomous digital agents capable of assisting with financial planning, client proposals, investment research, risk monitoring and portfolio strategy reviews. These agents will analyze information across Modera's technology infrastructure, identify opportunities, evaluate financial scenarios and execute authorized tasks subject to human approval. Recognizing the importance of data quality and security, Modera is establishing a working group to validate information used by the platform and implementing controls that restrict AI agents' access to authorized data. McCuine emphasized that Mira is intended to enhance rather than replace advisors' professional judgment. The firm also expects the platform to facilitate its acquisition strategy by helping newly acquired advisory businesses consolidate their information and workflows within a common technology infrastructure.
Mira's introduction reflects a broader shift in wealth management toward enterprise-wide AI operating platforms rather than isolated generative AI applications. Modera joins other large RIAs investing in proprietary technology, including Connecticut Wealth Management, which partnered with Subatomic to develop an AI operating system, and Mercer Global Advisors, which introduced the second generation of its Aspen operating platform in July. Modera executives believe that integrating AI directly into advisory operations can address a longstanding industry productivity challenge: A 2025 Fidelity study found that financial advisors spend an average of just 41% of their time with clients and prospects. By automating administrative responsibilities and connecting previously fragmented systems, Mira could enable advisors to devote more attention to client relationships, referrals and business development. The initiative also illustrates how larger wealth management firms are seeking competitive advantages through proprietary AI infrastructure, although its ultimate success will depend on data reliability, effective governance, advisor adoption and measurable productivity improvements.
Mili
Mili, an AI platform for wealth management firms, and Egnyte, a leader in secure content collaboration, intelligence, and governance, today announced a partnership that brings Mili's AI agents to client documents in Egnyte. Advisors work from a file or a whole client folder alongside data from the firm's CRM, portfolio and planning systems, under each advisor's Egnyte permissions.
Kitces Research finds that reviewing client documents is the most common way advisors use AI. Its productivity research puts a new financial plan at 15 to 40 hours of team time.
Advisors use Mili's agents to model the tax cost of moving a client's accounts into the firm's strategy, weigh a rebalance against unrealized gains, summarize a bonus agreement and build a financial snapshot from a statement. The agents link answers to their sources and flag what an analysis may still need.
Powerlytics
Powerlytics, a leading provider of alternative data solutions for financial institutions, announced the launch of Family View powered by TrueWealth, a new feature of Powerlytics’ proprietary data platform that gives wealth management firms, banks, and wirehouses visibility into the family and household relationships and their financial profiles of their existing clients, before wealth changes hands.
As the industry braces for the largest generational transfer of wealth in history — an estimated $124 trillion is expected to be passed down to younger generations through the Great Wealth Transfer by 2048 — inheritance will be a pivotal moment for all wealth firms. The Great Wealth Transfer won’t just fundamentally transform who has wealth; it will change where the wealth is invested. According to research from Cerulli Associates, more than 70 percent of heirs are likely to replace their parents' financial advisor after inheriting wealth. Research from Fidelity has similarly found that advisors have reached out to just 13 percent of their clients' adult children. For all the information wealth firms have on their clients, the next generation represents a massive blind spot, and one that could prove costly for firms’ growth.
Family View, powered by TrueWealth, pairs Powerlytics' proprietary income and investable-assets data — built on government sources including the IRS and the Federal Reserve, covering 100% of U.S. households — with specialized family mapping to better understand who will be inheriting wealth in the future. The solution enables enterprise institutions to build relationships proactively with the next generation through planning conversations, targeted marketing, and other client acquisition strategies, so that by the time an inheritance comes, beneficiaries trust the firm as a steward of their wealth.
Schwab
Syntax, a New York-based fintech company pioneering economic data intelligence and next-generation index technologies, today announced a deep technology integration with Schwab Advisor Services™, connecting Syntax Direct℠, Syntax’s index development and production engine, directly to iRebal, Schwab’s rebalancing platform.
The two platforms provide a complete end-to-end solution that incorporates index creation, index calculation, model management, trading and tax management support to registered investment advisors.
This integration eliminates the manual handoff that has historically separated index design from portfolio implementation. iRebal users can access Syntax Direct through single sign-on to build custom indices, which now flow into iRebal through an API integration. There, the indices serve as model portfolios that can be rebalanced, tax-managed, and personalized down to the individual account and fractional share.
SEI
SEI® (NASDAQ:SEIC) today announced the launch of the SEI Pathfinder Portal, a new advisor success portal designed to help financial advisors strengthen the value, sustainability, and future of their businesses.
The portal brings together guided support, advisor networking, educational resources, valuation capabilities, and planning tools in one offering. Built to complement SEI's practice management expertise, it helps advisors assess their firms, identify opportunities, and translate long-term goals into actionable business plans on their terms.
This support comes at a critical time in the industry. Advisory firms face increasingly complex questions about growth, succession, ownership, enterprise value, and long-term sustainability. Approximately one-third of advisors plan to retire in the next 10 years1, yet 58% of advisors do not have a fully documented succession plan2, underscoring the need for earlier, more intentional planning. By planning before a transition or other major business event becomes imminent, advisors can better understand their options and maintain greater control over the evolution of their firms.
Snappy Kraken
Snappy Kraken, the growth platform powering marketing across wealth enterprises and advisory firms, today announced the launch of Office Hub, a new operating layer designed to help wealth management organizations coordinate marketing across regions, offices, teams and individual financial advisors. The launch advances Snappy Kraken's Growth Orchestration strategy by addressing a longstanding gap in traditional marketing technology, giving the professionals responsible for supporting groups of advisors dedicated tools to manage marketing activity within broader enterprise strategies and standards.
For wealth management organizations with multiple offices, teams and affiliated firms, coordinating marketing across the business can be a challenge. Regional marketing managers must balance the needs of individual advisors with enterprise-wide branding, compliance and growth strategies, often without the tools or level of access suited to their responsibilities.
With Office Hub, marketing managers can oversee authorized advisor accounts from one workspace, see which advisors are active, still onboarding or need help with integrations, and coordinate profile and branding updates across their offices. By giving teams access to the tools and information relevant to their responsibilities, organizations can reduce repetitive administrative work and support advisors more efficiently without granting unrestricted enterprise access.
TradePMR by Robinhood
Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE), one of the world's leading providers of financial market technology and data powering global capital markets, and TradePMR by Robinhood (“TradePMR”), a leading technology and custodial services provider for registered investment advisors (RIAs), announced today that access to the web-based version of the ICE Connect Wealth offering has been integrated into Fusion®, TradePMR's purpose-built advisor platform. 1
The ICE Connect Wealth offering provides comprehensive tools to analyze portfolio and market data, provide trade support for private labels, and access to ICE-provided tools and data. TradePMR’s Fusion® platform provides RIAs with tools to help manage their business and support their clients’ evolving needs.
ICE Connect brings together a range of cross-asset real-time data, news and analytics for global markets. The platform helps customers manage price and currency risks and streamline workflows. ICE Connect is part of ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services business, which provides comprehensive fixed income execution, clearing and data solutions that can help enhance market insights, manage risks and uncover investment opportunities.
Webull
Webull (NASDAQ: BULL) an online investment platform, today announced it will offer perpetual futures to eligible U.S. customers starting in November, expanding its derivatives offering through access to a growing asset class through a regulated platform.
Perpetual futures, or "perps," are futures contracts that provide continuous exposure to an underlying asset without a fixed expiration date. Unlike traditional futures, perps eliminate the need to manage contract expirations or roll positions into new contracts. Instead, a periodic funding mechanism helps keep the contract price aligned with the underlying asset, allowing traders to maintain exposure for as long as their position remains open and applicable margin requirements are met.
Webull's perpetual futures will be listed on KalshiEX LLC, a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market (DCM), and cleared through Kalshi Klear LLC, a CFTC-regulated Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO). Webull will begin rolling out perpetual futures in November, with broader availability anticipated before year-end. The initial offering will include Bitcoin and other crypto assets, with additional products to follow, subject to applicable regulatory review and exchange listing requirements.
William Blair
William Blair today announced that C.J. Jaskoll has joined the firm as chief technology officer, leading William Blair’s firmwide strategy to leverage artificial intelligence, data analytics, and other advanced capabilities to empower growth, unlock innovation, and elevate the client experience.
Jaskoll brings more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry and will focus on enabling our business's intellectual capital to deliver creative solutions aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities and outstanding outcomes for our clients. He joins as a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Group.
Jaskoll joins William Blair from Russell Investments, where he most recently served as chief technology officer and was a member of the firm’s operating committee. During his tenure, he led a broad technology transformation across the firm’s asset and wealth management businesses. Before Russell Investments, he spent seven years at Neuberger Berman as head of investment, data, and AI technology. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at Jennison Associates, ultimately serving as director of front-office technology.
Zocks
Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, today announced a relationship with LPL Financial (‘LPL’), one of the nation’s leading wealth management firms and a leading provider of investment and business solutions to financial advisors. Zocks is now available to LPL’s network of more than 32,000 financial advisors and approximately 1,100 financial institutions.
LPL advisors can now automate a wide range of administrative and operational processes with Zocks. They can capture data and context from conversations, then sync that information across LPL’s WealthVision Premium financial planning tool and with their connected CRM. By eliminating hours of routine data entry, advisors can build and update financial plans faster, including tax and estate strategies, and dedicate more time to strengthening client relationships.
LPL advisors can also prepare for a client meeting with a personalized summary that automatically includes recent notes and information pulled from past conversations, and other connected systems. Post-meeting summaries, action items, and emails are drafted in seconds, so advisors can follow up while momentum is strong.
Zocks
Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, today announced a partnership with Founders Financial Securities, LLC, one of the nation's leading privately held independent broker-dealers and RIA firms. Zocks is now part of the TRU Enterprise OS technology stack, available to all Founders’ Member Partners across its nationwide community. Alongside the Zocks team, Founders has partnered with each Member Partner on its adoption, use, best practices, and workflows to empower its advisors to scale and grow their enterprises.
With Zocks automating time-consuming administrative work across the business, from meeting notes and manual data entry to onboarding new clients, advisors at Founders can focus on serving clients and growing the relationships at the center of their practices.
Zocks stood out for the depth of its integrations and its ability to work seamlessly with Founders’ existing technology stack. Zocks automatically captures details and context from client conversations, turns them into structured data, and syncs that data across supported CRM, portfolio management, and planning tools, including Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Orion, and PreciseFP, as well as more than 370 fields in eMoney. Because Zocks also pulls data from those connected systems, Member Partner advisors at Founders now walk into each meeting with an up-to-date, comprehensive client summary. Afterward, their meeting notes, follow-up emails, and any forms are already populated with relevant details from both the conversation and connected systems, ready to review and send.
