NEW YORK—November 3, 2026—Arch, the infrastructure layer for private markets, today announced a multi-year partnership with Mercer Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”), a national wealth management and financial planning firm, powering scale in private markets management while reducing operational risk. Since their work began in early 2025, Mercer Advisors has saved more than 7,000 hours a year, reducing the operational cost of managing client alternative investments by 40%. Arch’s enhanced alts data management platform will continue to support Mercer Advisors’ portfolio monitoring, liquidity planning, and workflow tracking, including the tracking of capital calls and distributions and the delivery of private markets insights.
Mercer Advisors has grown from $18 billion in client assets in 2020 to $114 billion today. Growth in Mercer Advisors’ high-net-worth business, along with rising client adoption of alternative investments, has made scalable tools essential to serving families with private holdings.
Arch addresses this challenge by collecting documents from fund admin portals, then routing structured data and insights to the downstream teams and systems for action. Leveraging Arch, K-1s are collected and made available to each client’s CPA, capital calls are actioned, reporting data is sent to reporting systems, and insights are delivered.
With Arch, Mercer Advisors’ clients and advisors have a more complete view of clients’ private holdings, including timely notifications on distributions, GP commentary, and portfolio company news.
“As we continue delivering on our promise to provide a fundamentally different investment experience for the more than 43,000 families we serve, we’ve built an institutional-grade approach that pairs high-quality private investments with a streamlined operational experience,” said Don Calcagni, Chief Investment Officer at Mercer Advisors. “Arch has become a key component of our private investments platform and operations, bringing critical investment data into our central advisory platform and giving advisors and clients real-time visibility into private investments, much like they already have with public markets.”
As other wealth management firms join Mercer Advisors through acquisitions, each new firm arrives with a different mix of private investments and its own way of managing them. With Arch, Mercer Advisors brings those portfolios, including complex family-office holdings, into one centralized operating and reporting model. This includes integration with the firm’s Aspen Investing platform. Arch’s solutions for private investments have become a key differentiator for Mercer Advisors in attracting and onboarding new partner firms and clients, many of whom cite its private investment platform as a reason to join.
“Mercer Advisors has one of the most sophisticated investment platforms in the RIA and multi-family-office space,” said Ryan Eisenman, Co-Founder and CEO of Arch. “Our AI-powered operating system removes the operational friction of private investing so advisors can focus on meaningful client conversations and financial planning. We’re excited to support Mercer’s ability to quickly integrate, onboard, and support new partner firms with complex client portfolios.”
Arch and Mercer Advisors are hosting a joint webinar, “Private Markets, Without the Back-Office Burden: Lessons from Mercer Advisors,” on November 30 that will cover how Mercer Advisors centralized its private markets operations with Arch and what other RIAs can learn from it. Register here.
